ship to Hotels or Motels. Regular Shipping and Handling Charges Regular shipping
and handling to the lower 48 states (no Alaska or Hawaii) is $9.99. The charge
for oversized ground packages is now $19.99. We reserve the right to choose the
most effective form of shipping for your package.
Standard Shipping time should be 3 to 7 business days after the order ships, not from the date of the order. When you add 1 day to fill your order and get it sent off, you should receive this item at your front door in 4 to 8 days.

the problem.
For warranty consideration you will need to include with the radio equipment:
1.A copy of your sales receipt
2.A letter describing the problem
3.Your return address.
4.A phone number we can contact you between Airtronics Working hours of 9:00AM ~ 3:30PM Pacific Time Time.
