Warranty and Repair Service Procedure:
When sending equipment in for warranty service or standard repair, please include a note describing the problems/concerns with the equipment. You must include your name, address, telephone number, and email. To request warranty service, please include a copy of your original sales receipt. Warranty is approved and performed at the discretion of Airtronics/Sanwa service department. Please request an estimate if one is desired before service is performed.
*Please note there are minimum charges and shipping costs involved with ALL non-warranty repairs.
Repair Costs Summary:
All non-warranty repairs will be charged at the current labor rate. When sending in your radio for non-warranty service the repair will be completed without notification or estimate of the expense unless the the expense for the repair exceeds 60% of MSRP (at the time of repair). When an estimate is requested for non-warranty service, a minimum charge for the technician to review your repair is incurred (regardless of approval to complete the repair), and will be put toward the cost of your repair if the service is approved. Customer is responsible for all service charges and shipping charges associated with non-warranty repairs (we use the most econimical rates at our discretion). Please provide means for payment when submitting your repair (Airtronics service can accept Master Card, Discover, Visa, American Express as well as checks). Any repair not claimed or paid for after 90 days will be considered abondoned and will become the property of Airtronics.
