Service/Warranty Procedure: Send all repairs to the address below along with a letter describing the problem.

For warranty consideration you will need to include with the radio equipment:

1. A copy of your sales receipt

2. A letter describing the problem

3. Your return address.

4. A phone number we can contact you between Airtronics Working hours of 9:00AM ~ 3:30PM Pacific Time Time.

5. Your Email address if you have one. This is used to send updates concerning the status of your repair.
